We manufacture quality tooling for our clients with the goal of ensuring that the proper dimensional tolerances are met and that the mold will withstand repeated use throughout the life of the project. We understand that every project is different and therefore it is important to use the right materials and include the right components for each tooling. From the selection of steel of internal components, such as pins, guides, bushings, and ejectors, you can count on the V1 engineering team to select the correct materials when developing the project.

New Projects
RFQs, DFMs, MFAs, 3D mold design, APQP timing and follow up through all trials and shipping/importing logistics.
Warranty Support
Sometimes things go wrong; we're here to support process trials, tooling problems, dimensional issues, etc.
Engineering Changes
With a network of tooling shops all over the country, we're able to support new engineering changes easily.
Our Partner Moldmakers
We are part of a network of toolmakers and we use regional partners to attend our clients' requests and provide support when needed.
It makes more sense to use a trusted local toolmaker for projects; there's no added value in transporting a mold long distances.
